Payments can be made with most credit and debit cards processed securely by Stripe, PayPal or Authorize.Net using the latest security protocols and encrypted communication between your computer and the selected payment processor, you can check the Information on Stripe,  PayPal or Authorize.Net
The Wines Box does not manage, transmit or store payment information on our servers.
For wholesale purchases we accept payments by bank transfer prior coordination, please contact us in advance at info@thewinesbox.com

Your satisfaction is always guaranteed, if you are not satisfied send us an email to info@thewinesbox.com detailing what happened and we will solve it as soon as possible by issuing a partial or total refund.
Remember that it is your commitment to comply with the Annexes of “Terms and Conditions”, “Privacy Policy”, “Cookie Policy” and “Shipping and Delivery”.

All shipments are made from Buenos Aires, Argentina.

FedEx will make three delivery attempts on three consecutive days. If this cannot be done, the package will be available for pickup for 3 days at FedEx offices. After this period, the package will be destroyed. It will not be the responsibility of The Wines Box for not receiving it.
Remember that not receiving or picking up your purchase is not a reason for the Buyer’s disagreement and does not apply as a satisfaction guarantee.

When making a payment you will be paying exclusively for the products you selected plus the corresponding shipping cost, you will not be paying any other charges that may apply in your country of residence. You should consider purchasing products that are shipped from abroad, so import taxes, tariffs and/or customs fees may apply. The Wines Box has no control or management over them and we cannot predict if they will be applied. must be paid by the recipient.

The prices are expressed in US dollars and the symbol expressed is $ or U$ or U$S.

ON HOLD: Your order has been received but is on hold until we confirm payment has been received.
PROCESSING: Your order has been received and is being prepared for shipment.
COMPLETED: Your order is already in FedeEx to be sent to its destination.
CANCELED: Your order was canceled due to lack of payment or merchandise.

In all the states of the orders we send notification emails, if you do not receive it, we ask you to contact us through the available messengers or send an email to info@thewinesbox.com
